I'm new to journaling, is this for me?
Yes! This course is designed to help you understand yourself, through your body, mind and habits. Journaling is just one part of the process. Creating change in your behaviour takes time. Understand how your mind and body work is part of the process. The course will guide you through how to get started with journaling and what you can do to extend the practise once you feel comfortable.
